Why Me?

There are many translators in Indonesia, but those with certain qualities and adequate experience are limited. To deliver the best result of your projects, here are some reasons why I am qualified to provide the translations to your need:

1. Linguistic, Literature, and Translation Academic Background.
   Being a translator with an English language and literature background, I am more theoretically equipped with various strategies to apply when facing challenges. As I am also passionate about cultural discourses, I am more critical in analysing how cultural messages in source texts should be conveyed into the target texts. I am currently working on my master's degree in Translation studies at The University of Western Australia. Once I finish it, I am going to take a NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) certification. 
2. Experienced.
   Trusting an experienced translator with your project will make the workflow go smoothly as they have been honed to communicate the work progress as well as to meet your expectation. I have four years of experience as a translator, and there are various types of documents that I have translated. Kindly refer to the portfolio samples below or contact me to request for a more complete portfolio.
3. CAT Tools-literate.
   One of the reasons why mastering CAT Tools in technical translation projects is because CAT Tools ensure the translation's consistency. In my current study at UWA, I took a 'Localisation' course unit and was trained to use SDL Trados, MemoQ, and Wordfast Anywhere. Furthermore, in my work experience with VERINATIV, I have been used to operating Memsource Editor.
